Job Opportunity: Administration & Events Coordinator

We are looking for an Administration & Events Coordinator

Candidates must be well-organized, responsible, and hardworking. Requirements include proficiency in English, as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office and G Suite. The position entails serving as the administration & event coordinator for the Center for Leadership. Responsibilities include administrative support (scheduling and organizing meetings, research, document preparation, answering e-mails and phone calls), communication management (supporting social media activities and newsletter edition), organization of the planned activities and events for Fellows and Alumni of the Leadership Academy for Poland (groups ranging between 50-200 people). This is a great opportunity to meet outstanding people (high-level executives, companies’ and organizations’ CEO’s and directors, professors, journalists, and activists), world-class educators (including Harvard professors) as well as experience a new culture and be part of exciting new social good projects.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, good-hearted person who shares Center for Leadership’s mission: bringing high-class education to Poland, promoting the development of good leadership for Poland, and connecting outstanding Poles to shape the future of both Poland and the world. This is a part-time position with an intention of developing into a full-time job. Past experience in the field is a plus. Location in Warsaw would be best, however working partial distance may be considered.
