OVERVIEW

This is an inspiring program for people managing change processes. Based on MIT’s theory of change, participants will explore all stages of the change process and inquire into how to lead change into the future.

They will work on their own personal or professional situations as practical cases for their future work —starting with a deep diagnosis of their current status quo and ending with a plan to implement and institutionalize the change.

The program will be conducted in an experiential learning setting that will help participants develop a deep understanding of change processes and the skills required to lead change. How can we, as people, managers or employees, identify the specific changes needed for progress, and how do we go about implementing them in an innovative and effective way?

The program is led by a world-renowned educator and will employ a variety of experiential teaching techniques. While it will use science as a starting point, it will also incorporate art and other experiential learning methods to gain deeper insights.

We promise that the program will be intellectually and emotionally enriching, creating a meaningful experience that participants can implement in their professional or personal lives.

This program is a prerequisite for the connected program Leading Change: System Part.
