Note that in 2025, there are planned two modules of PLD: Leading Self.
This application form allows you to apply for your preferred date for this PLD module.

Session Dates: March 6-7-8, 2025 (in-person) /or/ March 10-11-12, 2025 (in-person)
Program Agenda: 3 full-day sessions + 1-month full immersion during regular duties & pre-work

The number of seats is limited. Participation is by application only.
Venue: Warsaw
GMP Certification: This program is the General Management Program-track

Program Fee: 15 000 PLN net regular program fee for outside participants. 13 000 PLN net for Partners.

Fellowships & special support available for:
(a) former applicants to LAP/ALP program from all sectors
(b) non-business, non-profit, and public-sector applicants
(c) LAP/ALP Alumni teams & business partners
(d) former PLD participants

Fellowships cover up to 25%-100% of the program fee. Fellowships are granted on a merit-and-need basis.

We strongly advise you to always have a copy of your answers in a separate document in case of any unexpected technical problems.

Places are limited for each module. Each session date corresponds to a separate module:

Please select your preference below. Flexibility increases your chances of being invited if placed on the waiting list.

Agenda: 3 full-day sessions + 1-month full immersion during regular duties.
Pre-work is required prior to the sessions.
Availability is limited and will be confirmed upon acceptance.
Selecting only one date may reduce the likelihood of being invited from the waiting list.

FELLOWSHIPS & SPECIAL SUPPORT APPLICATION

SPECIAL SUPPORT FOR FORMER APPLICANTS TO LAP/ALP PROGRAM FROM ALL SECTORS: 7 500 PLN net (Fellowship Level of 50%)
We are granting this special support for former applicants for LAP & ALP in the amount of 7 500 PLN because we wish to acknowledge your commitment and effort to study with us. To our regret, there are many talented applicants who could not be accepted to LAP or ALP due to a very limited number of seats available in those programs. Up to 16 candidates applied for one spot in the Academy in the past and we cannot accommodate all applications. We hope that the participation in the PLD with this special support will be a valuable reward for your past effort and we hope to learn more about you during the program. Participating in the PLD does not preclude you from participating in LAP or ALP in the future.

Limited Number of Fellowships Available. Fellowships cover up to 25%-100% of the program fee. Fellowships are granted on a merit-and-need basis. Mark below your current support needs.
