Yes. We will offer a number of full or partial fellowships in the amount of up to EUR 10 000 each, so that talented participants can take part in the program, irrespectively of their financial situation.
Fellowships will be provided to support participants in the following four categories: (1) non-profit sector, (2) public sector, (3) women and (4) young talents – up to 28 years old.
As a rule, it is expected that participants who can be supported by their organizations, do not require support (read more here Q&A). In principle, candidates from the business sector are not eligible for fellowships, with the exception of a number of fellowships for women and young talents, even if they represent the business sector.
If you are from the business sector and you want to participate in the program, please refer to the Q&A individuals section to learn more. If you are an HR representative interested in supporting your employees through the program, please refer to the Q&A organizations & HR departments section.
It is more than an MBA. In the ALP you gain access to a unique world-class learning experience that will significantly change your perspective on management and leadership. Upon graduation, you will receive alumni status and will get access to an exclusive – alumni and partners only – Advanced Management Program which is one of the most prestigious management programs in the world. As an alumna of the ALP, you will receive exclusive access to various fellowship possibilities that will help you study at lower costs, depending on your financial situation.
The ALP is based on our most advanced methodologies developed in the Leadership Academy for Poland (LAP) – Leadership-3D-Experience™, Leadership-4D-Experience™, Full Immersion™, and Leadership Nests™. It differs in several elements from LAP, including duration and sequence of the sessions. It is also more focused on the business environment as opposed to LAP which is directed more towards non-business environments. It is not better or worse – it is different. And participation in the ALP is far more open for talented participants from business organizations.
8. What are the language requirements for the program?
The ALP is offered in English-only. The ability to speak, write and read in English is mandatory for all participants.
