Apply to the Academy

It was truly an amazing experience and I am really glad that I could be a part of it. What I particularly found interesting is a distinction between the authority and leadership with all its practical consequences. The Academy is also unique at the interpersonal level – I met so many great people and built strong relations in such a short period of time.

The Academy is all about diversity and learning how to connect with people with different backgrounds, so we can work together for our society. In the Academy, we meet people whom you might not have met if not for this program, and you learn quickly that they are your friends and that there is a way to build a strong relationship towards shared public goals.

For me, the Leadership Academy for Poland was a truly transformational experience.

The Academy gives an extremely powerful insight into how we actually operate as humans – fitting in our roles, being driven by so many external conditions. It allows participants to acquire tools to better understand people and create an environment where they can really cooperate in a creative way and make a significant change in the world.
