Alumni Support Principles

While the program is offered also to outside participants and needs to be priced to the market, we are making an effort to create support for our alumni. Support principles are the following:

The program is fellowship-based for all alumni. Participation for alumni will be at lower costs available to outside participants or at zero costs if financing is available.
Support is differentiated to address real needs. There are two types of fellowships. Full fellowships for alumni who have no financial capacity or ability to receive support from their organizations. And partial fellowships for alumni who can afford to cover part of the costs through their organizations (HR budgets) or personally.
Alumni can be granted full fellowships, irrespectively whether they are from a business or non-business sector. We do not want to deprive alumni from the business sector to access fellowships, as they, too, can occasionally face more difficult personal situations. Yet, please: it is very important for the whole community that those alumni who have access to dedicated HR budgets, do use them because it helps offer support for other alumni.
There is a space for alumni-to-alumni support – we are a community. Alumni can choose options with benefits to them and extra support for fellow alumni. Alumni who can occasionally contribute more and want to create special value for their organizations will not only secure benefits for themselves but will also support those alumni who are in more need.
Full fellowships come with the possibility of volunteering work for our community. It seems right that those who do not have financial resources still have the opportunity to give back to the community.
There are always full fellowships offered, even if there is an oversubscription of applications from outside or part fellowships-based participants. We want to avoid situations where alumni who are weaker financially are deprived of educational opportunities. However, as the number of full fellowships is limited because the program needs a financial basis – partial fellowship applicants have a bigger chance to enter the program. Alumni who choose special options will in principle have a place secured, provided that the principle of “always having full fellowships” is sustained.
The number of seats and fellowships. The overall support level provided by the Center for Leadership will be varied depending on the program, staff, and professor’s costs. Additional fellowships can be created by alumni and new partners wishing to get involved in our mission.

Option 3 / Secured Seat Fellowship & Help Create Partial Fellowship for other Alumni / (-50%) 7 500 PLN net

Option 4 / Partial Fellowship / (-65%) 5 250 PLN net
Granted in limited numbers, prior to the distribution of full fellowships, depending on the amount of financing available to the Center for Leadership and the amount of help generated by other alumni.

Option 5 / Partial Fellowship / (-75%) 3 750 PLN net
Granted in limited numbers, depending on the amount of financing available to the Center for Leadership and the amount of help generated by other alumni.
